- Healthcare Setting: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Assignment Type: Travel LPN position
- Start Date: December 1, 2025
- End Date: February 19, 2026
- Contract Duration: 12 weeks
- Shift: 8 Hour Day Shifts (06:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend Commitment: Every weekend required
- Local Candidates: Only local Vermont LPNs considered
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1070 - $1150
LPN Qualifications and Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Vermont
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (Long Term Care or LTC experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work every weekend shift
- All requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and included in contract (no holiday RTO approved)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
LPN Responsibilities in Long Term Care
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; promptly report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist residents with daily living activities and promote overall well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
