Shift: 8 Hour Day Shifts (06:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Weekend Commitment: Every weekend required
Local Candidates: Only local Vermont LPNs considered
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1070 - $1150

LPN Qualifications and Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Vermont
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (Long Term Care or LTC experience preferred)
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work every weekend shift
All requested time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and included in contract (no holiday RTO approved)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

LPN Responsibilities in Long Term Care

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long term care facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; promptly report changes to the healthcare team
Assist residents with daily living activities and promote overall well-being
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
