Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Illinois or compact state preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Neuro nursing
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment

Travel RN Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions using telemetry equipment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Educate patients and families about care plans, recovery processes, and discharge instructions
Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment
