Telemetry RN Job Details – Concord, NH

• Location: Concord, NH 03301 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Telemetry & Med-Surg units
• Assignment Type: Travel RN contract
• Start Date: December 22, 2025
• End Date: March 22, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts/week)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,990 - $2,050

Telemetry RN Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• 1-2 years of recent Telemetry or Med-Surg RN experience in a hospital setting
• BLS certification (required)
• NHISS certification (required prior to start)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Experience with Cerner EMR (preferred)
• Ability to pass Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding (preferred score: 80%)
• Skills checklist matching Telemetry or Med-Surg specialty
• Two recent Charge/Manager RN references
• Current resume documenting travel nursing experience
• Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics
• NURSYS report for RN license verification

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
• Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float as needed to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin
• Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and training
