Telemetry RN Job Details – Concord, NH
- Location: Concord, NH 03301 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
- Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Telemetry & Med-Surg units
- Assignment Type: Travel RN contract
- Start Date: December 22, 2025
- End Date: March 22, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts/week)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,990 - $2,050
Telemetry RN Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
- 1-2 years of recent Telemetry or Med-Surg RN experience in a hospital setting
- BLS certification (required)
- NHISS certification (required prior to start)
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Experience with Cerner EMR (preferred)
- Ability to pass Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding (preferred score: 80%)
- Skills checklist matching Telemetry or Med-Surg specialty
- Two recent Charge/Manager RN references
- Current resume documenting travel nursing experience
- Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics
- NURSYS report for RN license verification
Telemetry RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
- Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float as needed to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin
- Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Participate in ongoing nursing education and training
