Telemetry RN Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)
• Unit: Med-Surg Cardiac Medical (Telemetry)
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: March 16, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 - $1,910
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Dress Code: Hospital scrubs

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state (NH nursing jobs)
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Cardiac Medical-Surgical nursing
• Proficient in cardiac telemetry monitoring and management of cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Lasix, insulin drips)
• Experience with EMR systems (Allscripts preferred)
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide care for cardiac medical patients, including MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-procedural care (cardiac caths, ablations, pacemakers)
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips as ordered
• Utilize telemetry monitoring equipment and deliver timely clinical interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
• Float to similar nursing units as needed
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and dress code
