Santa Fe Operating Room RN Job Details
- Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505
- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
- Start Date: January 5, 2026
- End Date: April 5, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2190 - $2350

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Active New Mexico RN license or Compact state RN license (required for New Mexico nursing jobs)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of patient rights and healthcare compliance in clinical settings
- Ability to manage emergencies and perform physically demanding tasks in a surgical environment
OR RN Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and quality during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to healthcare compliance standards
- Demonstrate professionalism and compassion with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- Respond promptly to surgical emergencies and adapt to changing patient needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment
