Med/Surg Telemetry RN Job Details

• Hourly Pay Rate: $83.70
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1880 - $2020
• Assignment Length: 8-week nursing contract
• Hours per Week: 36 hours (full-time)
• Shift Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Location: Float between Regional Medical Center (RMC) and Hopewell Campuses in Trenton, NJ
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• EMR System: Cerner
• Flu Vaccine: Mandatory for all healthcare staff (no exceptions)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse license
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Ability to float between multiple hospital campuses as needed

Key RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients at both RMC and Hopewell Campuses
• Float between campuses based on hospital staffing needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care and interventions using Cerner EMR
• Comply with infection control, safety protocols, and mandatory flu vaccination requirements
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday coverage as part of the nursing team
