Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Pittsfield, MA (8 Conte Dr) – Massachusetts nursing jobs
• Healthcare Setting: Dialysis Center & Homecare (travel to patient homes required)
• Assignment Type: Travel RN position
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: 10-hour variable days (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
• On-Call: Rotating schedule
• Weekend/Holiday: No regular weekends; holidays as needed
• Mileage: Reimbursed for home health travel from facility
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,450 - $2,620

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 3 years of current RN experience in clinical or homecare settings
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis and patient education strongly preferred
• Experience with Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current insurance, and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel to patient homes for home health nursing care
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse requirement)
• Ability to provide work history, skills checklist, and recent supervisory reference

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Train and educate patients to perform peritoneal dialysis independently at home
• Manage and support home peritoneal dialysis patients, providing ongoing clinical support
• Conduct patient training at the Dialysis Center and deliver follow-up care in patient homes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and care teams
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and provide holiday coverage as needed
