• Facility: 225-bed specialty care hospital with Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, and Pediatrics
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: April 6, 2026
• Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (19:00-07:00)

PCU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Michigan or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or acute care RN experience
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Ability to work night shifts
• Must reside at least 60 miles from Marquette to qualify for travel nurse jobs

PCU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Monitor, assess, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery processes, and health management
• Document patient care and clinical interventions accurately and in a timely manner
