Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Helena, Montana (Zip: 59601)
• Healthcare Setting: Women's & Children's (OB) Unit
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/4/2026 – End: 4/4/2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 - $2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Active Montana or compact state RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications
• Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
• OB nursing experience with required OR Circulator skills
• Ability to float to Medical-Surgical, ICU, or ER units as needed

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns
• Monitor and document fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
• Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including operating room circulator duties
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to Medical-Surgical, ICU, or ER units as a helping hand or sitter for stable adult overflow patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
