Home Health RN Job Details

• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,200 - $2,400

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB documentation systems
• Active RN license in Indiana
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across Indianapolis
• Perform patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient progress using OASIS and HCHB
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
• Travel throughout the Indianapolis area to deliver in-home clinical support
