Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Flemington, NJ 08822 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)
• Unit: Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MST)
• Position Type: Per Diem Registered Nurse (Float Pool)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts per month
• Hourly Pay Rate: $81.84/hour
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $660-$690
• Scrub Policy: Any color scrubs (must be clean and neat)
• Flu Immunization: Mandatory unless valid medical exemption provided
• Cancellation Policy: 2-hour notice

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license (required at time of application)
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in a medical/surgical or telemetry setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Float between hospital units to support patient care and staffing needs
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to scrub policy
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
