Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active NJ or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST) experience
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)

ER RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department Holds unit
• Float between RMC and Hopewell campuses to provide clinical support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
