Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license (required for Massachusetts nursing jobs)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon start
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
Completion of onboarding requirements: background check, health screenings, and skills checklist
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
