Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Proficient in OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
Active Alabama RN license
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health Nursing Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Athens, AL and nearby communities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
Accurately document patient progress using OASIS and HCHB systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care
Travel to patient residences within the Athens, Alabama area
