ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Travel Nursing Job – Night Shift in Keene, New Hampshire

ICU Nursing Job Details

  • Location: Keene, New Hampshire 03431 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 19, 2026 – End: April 20, 2026)
  • Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 10 beds
  • Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
  • Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays as needed
  • Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Current certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
  • Proficient in EPIC EMR, arterial lines, IV drips, ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive medications
  • Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed
  • Traveler must have own vehicle
  • Permanent address and compliance documents required within 72 hours of offer acceptance
  • Charge nurse and preceptor experience preferred
  • Must not reside within 50 miles of Keene, NH
  • Submit all time-off requests at application (maximum 5 days off)

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to ICU patients
  • Monitor and manage advanced life support, including ventilators and vasoactive drips
  • Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage arterial lines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Float to PCU as needed to support clinical operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
  • Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare compliance requirements
