Compensation

Pay Range: $115.00 - $125.00 per hour

Qualifications – Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience
Labor & Delivery (L&D) clinical experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to provide a two-week notice if needed

Responsibilities – RN Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery

Lead the L&D/perinatal unit with 24/7 responsibility for clinical care and staff management
Oversee daily workflow, nurse staffing, scheduling, and budget planning
Mentor and supervise registered nurses to ensure high standards of patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols for quality and safety
Champion quality improvement initiatives and change management in healthcare
Foster a collaborative, patient- and family-centered care environment
Provide expert guidance on complex clinical cases and support service recovery
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Manage cost center budgets, inventory, and staff performance
