• Assignment Type: Travel nursing job
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: January 31, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday (8-hour day shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call Requirement: 3:30 PM – 6:30 AM one day per week and one weekend per month (rotating)
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Scrubs Provided
• Paper Charting

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nurse experience
• Clinical experience in general surgery, endoscopy, robotics, orthopedics, and vascular procedures
• Ability to take call as scheduled
• Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from Corsicana, TX
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience preferred

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room, prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Assist with surgical procedures in multiple specialties, including orthopedics and robotics
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to provide high-quality clinical support
• Maintain accurate documentation using paper charting
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Comply with hospital policies and procedures
