• Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Unit: 10-bed ICU with Med Surg overflow
• EMR System: MEDHOST/Clinician
• Dress Code: Solid color scrubs

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Experience with MEDHOST/Clinician EMR preferred
• Ability to float to Med Surg unit as needed
• Permanent home address must be over 50 miles from facility

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill adults in a 10-bed ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
• Float to Med Surg unit to assist with patient care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using MEDHOST/Clinician EMR system
