Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Greater Cleveland area)
• Healthcare Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (7 Observation)
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: January 30, 2026
• End Date: May 1, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• On-Site Registered Nurse Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
