Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (OR RN specialty preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Current and valid BLS certification
• Ability to participate in on-call shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compliance with all healthcare onboarding requirements (immunizations, background checks)

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during surgical procedures in the Operating Room
• Support surgeons and surgical teams throughout operations
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical emergencies
• Maintain a sterile, safe, and compliant OR environment
• Accurately document patient care and surgical outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
