• Start Date: December 21, 2025
• End Date: March 21, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
• On-Call: 2 days per week and every 3rd weekend

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state
• RN Cath Lab certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Strong communication, clinical support, and critical thinking skills

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality clinical support
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and infection control protocols
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care
