Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in patient care and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Oncology RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology and med/surg patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Assist with procedures including cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and medical management
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
