• No call or floating required

• Pay Rate: $75/hr

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV starts and medication management
• Experience with wound care, patient assessment, and admit/discharge processes
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Provide wound care and assist with clinical procedures
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
• Accurately document care in Cerner EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
