• Facility Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 4, 2026 – End: April 4, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 (includes scheduled weekends)
• Employment Type: Travel RN contract
• Call Requirements: None
• EMR System: EPIC
• Dress Code: Scrubs (any color, no offensive language)
• Compensation: Competitive travel nurse pay rates offered

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required.
• Active Registered Nurse license (Maine or compact state)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips; EMR documentation skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to float assignments

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Float to various hospital units as needed, supporting different patient populations
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips, accurately document in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain professionalism and comply with facility policies and dress code
