• Location: Olive Branch, MS 38654 (near Memphis, TN)
• Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab, Level I Trauma Center
• Start Date: January 26, 2026
• End Date: April 27, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (06:30 – 17:00); schedule may vary
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: STEMI call required 8-12 days/month, including 1 full weekend
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• Orientation: 16 hours

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Mississippi or Compact State (NLC guidelines)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience (3+ years preferred)
• Completed at least 1 travel nursing assignment or 3+ years of Cath Lab RN experience
• Current BLS certification (required throughout contract)
• Valid driver’s license (must be submitted with application)
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (no local candidates)
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included at submission
• Cerner charting experience preferred

Cath Lab Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after cardiac procedures
• Assist physicians and Cath Lab team with diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Respond promptly to STEMI and emergency calls as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training
• Float to similar healthcare units or campuses within 20 miles if needed
