Travel Nursing Job Details

• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• End Date: April 20, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Rotation: Required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (required)
• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire (required)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (required)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
• Previous travel nursing experience (highly preferred)
• BSN degree (highly preferred)
• PALS and Telemetry Strip experience (highly preferred)
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
• Proof of residence greater than 50 miles from facility (required)
• Submission of MS/Tele skills checklist and 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year (required)

RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Float to other units as required to meet patient care needs
• Accurately document all patient care activities in a timely manner
