• End Date: April 27, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 3x12-Hour Day Shifts (07:00 - 19:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• On-Call: Not required
• Patient Ratio: 1:5
• Charting System: Epic EMR
• Scrub Color: Any color
• Parking: Free onsite parking

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Active Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience (1.5+ years preferred)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Strong clinical skills in triage, airway management, ventilator care, central and arterial line management, IV drips, and emergency medications
• Experience caring for neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics in a fast-paced emergency department
• Willingness to work every other weekend
• References: Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessment, and treatment for trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and behavioral health emergencies
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and deliver advanced airway and ventilator support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Follow infection control, isolation precautions, and safety protocols
• Complete orientation and required training modules prior to start
