Start Date: January 5, 2026
End Date: April 6, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Unit Size: 30 beds
EMR System: Meditech

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN license (Colorado or compact state)
Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience
Strong background in patient care and customer service
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Oncology nursing experience preferred
Mom/baby experience and NRP certification a plus

Oncology RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology and med/surg patients
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Meditech EMR
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Assist with unit procedures including cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and medical management
Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
