• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (07:00-15:30)

PACU RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent PACU or critical care nursing experience
• Required Certifications:
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS – Basic Life Support
  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical and clinical environment

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients of all ages
• Monitor patient recovery and promptly respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
