Registered Nurse Job Details

• Position: Homecare Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Spokane Valley, WA 99212 (Spokane County)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/5/2026 – End: 4/5/2026)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Weekend/On-Call: 1 weekend rotation per month
• Territory: Spokane County, Washington

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
• At least 1 year of recent home health or homecare nursing experience
• Proficient in OASIS documentation for home health jobs
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR system
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload

Homecare Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Spokane County
• Complete an average of 5.5 visit points per day
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide patient education
• Accurately document all care and patient interactions using HCHB EMR
• Participate in weekend rotation (1 per month)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
