Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Unit: HVIU/D200 – Med/Surg Telemetry
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nurse contract
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• End Date: April 20, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 1:4 (days and nights)
• Staffing: Charge nurse, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and monitor tech support
• Documentation: Allscripts EMR
• Scheduling: Every other weekend required
• Floating: Float to similar Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and post-cardiac procedure care
• Experience with Allscripts or similar EMR systems preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a 24-bed Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms for cardiac patients
• Care for patients post-TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, Watchman procedures, cardiac drips, STEMI, pacemakers, and CardioMEMS
• Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and monitor techs to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care activities in Allscripts EMR
• Float to similar Med/Surg Telemetry units as required
• Provide excellent patient experiences and uphold hospital standards
