Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Idaho or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and deliver advanced life support as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
