• Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 (Greater Cleveland area)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (January 30, 2026 – May 1, 2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit (3 Seidman)
• Nursing Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• One supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during assignment
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes in patient condition and implement nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards
