Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Keene, NH 03431 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)
• Facility: Farnum Rehabilitation Center – Main Hospital
• Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• End Date: April 20, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Float Requirement: Willingness to float to different units (float position begins mid-February)
• Transportation: Personal vehicle required (no public transportation or rideshare available)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Charge RN experience required
• Clinical experience with Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cardiac Rehab, Trauma, and other serious injuries
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to float to various hospital units
• Travel nurses must have their own vehicle
• Permanent address required in application profile
• Submit all requested time off (RTO) with application (maximum 5 days)
• Complete all compliance items within 5 days of offer acceptance
• Note: Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Med/Surg and Rehabilitation units
• Fulfill charge nurse duties as needed
• Care for patients with complex medical conditions including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, and trauma
• Float to different units based on facility needs
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
