- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
- Shift Duration: 12 Hour Rotating
- Shift: Variable day shift positions with call; flexibility to cover all shifts required

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Montana RN license (required for Montana nursing jobs)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree)
- American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
- American Heart Association ACLS certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience (circulating and/or scrub preferred)
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility
Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver safe, effective patient care in the operating room
- Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Plan and implement patient and family education
- Collect and analyze comprehensive clinical data pertinent to patient health
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to hospital policies and protocols
- Participate in ongoing education, including stroke competency training
- Demonstrate sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment
