Ohio Nursing Job Details

• Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Greater Cleveland area)
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Contract
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (Start: 2/8/2026 – End: 5/3/2026)
• Nursing Shift: Night shifts, 12 hours (19:00 – 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state RN license
• One supervisory reference in Med/Surg Tele specialty (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start date
• All required nursing certifications must be active at time of application

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
