OR RN Job Details – Camden, NJ Healthcare Opportunity

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Location: Camden, NJ 08103 (Greater Philadelphia Area)
• Healthcare Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center
• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Duration: 13-week nursing contract
• Employment Type: Local, On-Site
• Pay Rate: $97.65/hour

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license (BSN preferred)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated with 1 booster required)
• Strong attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring
• Excellent organizational and clinical support skills for OR coordination

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and maintain patient safety, infection control, and clinical standards
• Participate in required holiday and hallmark shifts (1 summer, 1 fall/winter holiday, winter and spring hallmark shifts)
• Work flexible day and evening shifts as scheduled
• Document and communicate effectively with all healthcare team members
