Travel Nurse Job Details

• Location: Snellville, Georgia (30078) – Atlanta metro area
• Assignment Length: 12 weeks
• Start Date: January 20, 2026
• End Date: April 14, 2026
• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (08:00 - 18:00)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics
• Unit: 3 Cath Lab rooms, 5 beds, average daily census 8-10
• Call Requirements: 10 call days/month
• Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend
• Scrub Color: Provided by facility
• Charting Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or Compact State
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficient in circulating cardiac catheterization procedures and managing procedural sedation
• Skilled in interpretation and management of cardiac dysrhythmias
• Ability to float to sister campus as needed
• Compliance with holiday and time-off policies
• Timely completion of onboarding requirements

Cath Lab Nurse Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation for cardiac patients
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias in adult and geriatric populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR charting systems
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment
• Participate in on-call rotation and scheduled weekend coverage
