• Location: Camden, NJ 08103 – New Jersey nursing jobs
• Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room
• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Duration: 13-week healthcare contract
• Hourly Pay Rate: $97.65
• Holiday Coverage: Must work 1 summer and 1 fall/winter holiday (if off the holiday, must work the day before or after). Must work an evening and a day shift, as well as a winter and spring hallmark.
• Start Date: February 2, 2026

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Operating Room nursing experience
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license (BSN preferred)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated with at least 1 booster)
• Excellent attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring
• Strong organizational skills for coordination of care across the OR

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to surgical patients in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma operating room
• Coordinate and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient safety and quality standards throughout perioperative care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
• Participate in holiday and hallmark shift coverage as required
