- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Shift: Days (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Shift Duration: 12-hour days
- On-Call: Includes on-call rotation
- Housing: Provided for the duration of the contract
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 - $2,480

Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Experience: Operating Room (OR) RN experience — perioperative/circulator experience preferred
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oregon or compact, as applicable)
- Knowledge of perioperative standards, sterile technique, and OR policies/procedures
- Ability to float to other departments where qualified, as needed
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills — ideal for surgical nurse and perioperative nurse roles
Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
- Circulate for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, sterility, and efficient OR workflow
- Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia, and the interdisciplinary surgical services team
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Document care accurately and comply with clinical standards and departmental protocols
- Support and supervise assigned personnel as appropriate to the role
- Float to other units as needed based on qualifications
