Key Job Details – Ohio Nursing Jobs

• Location: Euclid, OH 44119 (Cleveland area)
• Healthcare Setting: 8th Floor Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit
• Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 16-18 weeks)
• Start Date: January 30, 2026
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts/week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Holiday Coverage: Must work at least every other holiday

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State Registered Nurse license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• Recent Epic EMR charting experience (within last 6 months)
• Acceptable scores on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes promptly
• Document patient care using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Complete orientation and required competency assessments
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Deliver compassionate care and support to patients and families
