Travel Nursing Job Details

• Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio (44124) – Greater Cleveland area
• Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: January 30, 2026
• End Date: May 1, 2026
• Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Unit: 5 Main – Med/Surg Telemetry

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract period

Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care in hospital charting systems
• Participate in orientation and complete required nursing assessments
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
