- Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care Hospital, Level I Trauma Center
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/26/2026 – End: 4/27/2026)
- Shifts: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (07:00–17:30 or 11:00–21:00); mix of two 12-hour (7:30am–8pm) and two 8-hour shifts (7am–3:30pm or 11:30am–8pm)
- Hours per Week: 40

Interventional Radiology Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology experience (Level I Trauma or travel healthcare experience preferred)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Fluoro Permit
- Active Connecticut State License (pending accepted, must be active prior to start)
- Experience with Epic charting system
- Travel experience required
- Professional reference required
- Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Not accepting local candidates (must be >75 miles from facility)
Radiology Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform advanced interventional radiology procedures: angiography, stenting, thrombectomy, TIPS, venous access, ablations, embolizations
- Operate and maintain specialized radiology equipment (Inari thrombectomy, IVUS, ablation units, excimer laser, cone beam CT)
- Provide bi-campus coverage to support hospital needs
- Maintain sterile field and assist with equipment setup
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (Respiratory, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response, Pharmacy, Transportation)
- Care for diverse patient populations: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics
- Document procedures and patient care in Epic EMR
- Participate in orientation and complete required training modules
