Registered Nurse Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822
• Pay Rate: $83.70/hr
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Hours per Week: 48
• Shifts per Week: 4
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Night Shift (8:00 PM – 8:30 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse, On-Site

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
• Active New Jersey RN License (required at time of application)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Flu immunization required unless valid medical exemption is provided
• Professional appearance: Clean, professional scrubs of any color accepted

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Room
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and urgent medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as ordered
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare policies
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and maintain required certifications
