- Duration: 10 weeks (Start: March 2, 2026 – End: May 11, 2026)
- Weekend Commitment: Every weekend required
- Transportation: Must have own transportation (limited public transit in Rutland)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,210 - $1,280 per week
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Vermont (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or similar LTC setting
- Ability to commit to every weekend shift during the contract
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- All requested time off must be approved prior to start date
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a long term care environment
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions; report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal resident outcomes
- Assist with activities of daily living and support residents’ overall comfort and well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and follow facility documentation standards
