Job Details – Pediatric Dietitian Travel Position

• Location: Memphis, Tennessee (38103) – Downtown healthcare jobs in a thriving city with rich cultural attractions and a scenic riverfront.
• Setting: Hospital – Nutrition Therapy Unit, Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• Employment Type: Travel Dietitian Contract
• Start Date: February 23, 2026
• End Date: May 25, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (8-hour day shifts; schedule may vary)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekend Coverage: As needed
• Block Scheduling: M-F block available
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1810 - $1940

Qualifications – Pediatric Dietitian Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian in a pediatric or hospital setting (recent pediatric clinical experience required)
• Dietary Services certification (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist – RDN preferred)
• Active Tennessee Dietitian license (pending license accepted for Tennessee healthcare jobs)
• Valid driver's license required for submission
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• First-time healthcare travelers accepted with recent pediatric specialty experience
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included at submission

Key Responsibilities – Pediatric Hospital Dietitian

• Deliver expert pediatric nutrition therapy and dietary services to children in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
• Educate pediatric patients, families, and hospital staff on nutrition best practices and dietary needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Support hospital initiatives and contribute to the mission of the Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
