Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, with proven expertise in Operating Room (OR) nursing
• Strong clinical skills in surgical, perioperative, and vein clinic environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving clinical and surgical settings

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal surgical outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practices in infection control and patient safety
• Support vein clinic operations and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
