Telemetry RN Job Details

• Location: Concord, New Hampshire (Zip: 03301)
• Healthcare Setting: Telemetry / Med-Surg Float Pool
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36

• Float Requirement: May float to facility locations in Laconia or Franklin

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent Telemetry or Med-Surg RN experience
• Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification preferred
• NHISS required before start date
• Ability to pass Dysrhythmia Exam (score 80% or higher)
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Critical Care RNs welcome if experienced with med-surg ratios and acuity

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Telemetry and Med-Surg units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans
• Float to other units or nearby Concord Hospital locations as needed
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
• Maintain required nursing certifications and participate in ongoing education
• Ensure a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment
