Who We’re Looking For

• ABR (American Board of Radiology) certified Medical Physicist required
• Clinical medical physics experience in a hospital or comparable clinical radiation oncology setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC and ARIA RadOnc or equivalent oncology information systems preferred
• Familiarity with CTC-RadOnc/shared-drive documentation and treatment planning systems
• Able to complete onboarding (background check, health screening, credential verification) before start
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, and clinical staff

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical medical physics support for radiation therapy and oncology administration during the travel assignment
• Perform routine and special quality assurance (QA) on linear accelerators, planning systems, and dosimetry equipment
• Conduct treatment planning review, chart checks, and patient-specific QA as required
• Utilize and/or rapidly learn EPIC/ARIA RadOnc and CTC-RadOnc documentation workflows
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, AAPM guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and contribute to workflow and process improvements in radiation oncology
