Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU RN / Critical Care Nurse for a travel nurse opportunity in an acute-care Intensive Care Unit. This ICU travel assignment is ideal for Registered Nurses with strong critical thinking, ventilator management, and acute patient monitoring skills. Requirements & Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (progressive critical care experience preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and titratable drips
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, trends, and responses to interventions
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and advanced life support equipment
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and perform advanced nursing procedures as indicated
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to develop and implement care plans
• Deliver compassionate education and support to patients and families during critical illness
• Adhere to hospital policies to maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
